[PSX] [REQUEST] Gran Turismo 1 PAL Increase/Decrease Rubberband/Handicap Code

Hello guys.

I have a code request, when i hold up on d-pad during the race, my rubberband/handicap increases, when i hold down on d-pad during race, my rubberband/handicap decreases.

Recently i found this same code for Gran Turismo 2 PAL, but never found for Gran Turismo 1 PAL.

Any help will be appreciated.
