Code Request: Block Out for Genesis / Mega Drive

Hi, I'm very new to this as I have just got my first flash cart and have been learning how to permanently apply GG codes to roms for region-detect disabling etc. I have the GoodGen 3.21 roms for Block Out for Mega Drive and I was wondering if there is a Game Genie master code for this game as it will not start on my flash cart, and I have fixed a lot of other EA games that had the same problem by patching them with master codes. Thanks
