PCSX2 - Creating new Codes - Guide available???????

I am wanting to find Codes for Games, but when I tried Googling, I just only found how to RUN Cheats.

Mainly, need to know what App/s would I need? If needed, what would I use to find any Pointers?

I am figuring that OmniConvert (to Decrypt Addresses/Values) and PCSX2CE (to finally Convert to .pnach Files) will be required in the end, so I do have those 2 Apps.
