There's a "P1 Car Never Damaged Codes" available for the NTSC version (here: https://gamehacking.org/game/103501): Would it be possible to get one for the PAL cosnole (AR MAX fromat)? Thanks in advance.

Could the NTSC code be used/converted or is that just wishful thinking?

yes it can, but you need both region elf files to port the code over. it's a memory code so hopefully there's referrer's around that address to port the memory code over.
