Then probably other hackers like 12345 or who can bypass the anti-cheat of tri-ace. Also, how the hell am I supposed to use cheat engine to hack on star ocean till the end of time since it has anti-cheats since there isn't a way to do it.

codemaster(Codebreaker) and other cheat devices already bypassed the anti cheat. use cheat engine to search for values,then use the pcsx2 debugger to find the asm. a lot of these codes have a enable code(joker commands) before the asm, so the asm gets enabled when game starts or in game, kind of like bypass to enable the asm, so it would look like this
