[Request] SFII World Warrior (J)(SFC) costume colors code conversion ram -> rom ?

Hello, these codes are for costume colors swap (snes9x156 format)

name: P1 color alt
code: 7e0c0d=20
enable

cheat
name: P2 color alt
code: 7e0e0d=20
enable

(default value is 00 for both)

with these on, both players wears the newer 'dash' palette (so cool to see in this version!)
it's so hard to convert to code to game genie so please help^''

the only similar gg code that I found in database is this:
EEA7-07A7 = 00CD3F FF (default value is 12)(USA version)

changing that value to 00 get something interesting:


(turbo palette) but work only for Ryu 1p side, all the others characters
both sides get totally wrong/glitched palette
