Earthbound request

In the Stonehenge dungeon late in the game, there is an enemy (Starman Super) that supposedly rarely drops a unique item, which a player cannot acquire anywhere else in the game. The problem is that I have been grinding away trying to get this item for at least two hours with no success. Is there any kind of code this will make enemies drop their items every time, or at least more frequently? The debug menus were of no help since I couldn't read them.

UPDATE! Nitrodon has improved stuff and made it so you only need to input one code:
