Try these codes for Power Blade 1 (USA):
Invulnerable to spikes (can't walk on them but can jump off them so it's the only way to sort them)

As it says, you can stand on spikes but can't walk on them. You can jump from them and go forward to get where you want. They feel like "glue". I hope it works for you. IDK at all if there are spikes in the ceiling. Let me know in which level and which part are they. If you can successfully advance through the game I'm gonna add them to the cheats in Power Blade 1 Greets!

Invulnerable to spikes (You pass through them though so beware of you could fall in a hole)

I'm adding them anyways to the game codes. If anyone has problems with the codes please let me now. Beware that giant fans when working act as spikes too, but you're lucky since there's ground below them, this doesn't happen in stage 3 at the last scene where there are spinning spikes and you could fall though the hole where the spikes are. Also in that stage there's an area with many fans where you have to calculate your jumps to land on the center of the fan or else you'll fall to the hole of your doom.
