I have been looking for sites to ask a question. But I didn't get any reply. I hope here I can find an answer. In fact, my question is very simple. I just want to know where can I fill in my 4 digit bonus access code, since the game says I have to quote it, but how? Will someone help me please? Thanks!

The bonus code that you use to unlock the cheats is randomly generated. You would take the bonus code to Codemasters site, pay a fee, and get cheats that would only work for that bonus code. Unless you got lucky and got one of the bonus codes listed here, the only way you could use those cheats without unlocking them would be to use a cheat device:
