[Request] Dead Angle SMS cheats

Can anyone find a infinite health cheat and level select cheat for Dead Angle on the Sega master System.
there is currently a level select cheat built into the game:
Hold on controller 1, and press on controller 2 to increase the starting level. Pressing on controller 2 will decrease the starting level. You will hear a tone when increasing/decreasing the starting level. Press on controller 1 to start the game after selecting your starting level.
having them as code would be simpler if possible

I'm not clever enough to map it to Controller 1, so this will have to do:

005-0BE-C49 Press Left or Right on Controller 2 to increase or decrease starting level

Didn't really test it:

C9C-36A-809 Infinite Health

I don't know. The code appears to work all the time in MEKA, and most of the time in Fusion. I've mentioned before that Fusion is weird with ROM cheats for Master System and SG-1000 games. I imagine the same thing applies to Game Gear games as well.
