Hello! Help is needed. This applies to the game PS2 Resident Evil: Code Veronica x [SLUS_201.84]. I found the code:
Select Game Difficulty (Press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2)
(Use in the start menu after pressing the button "Start." After selecting a difficulty mode throughout the game, do not use the settings menu "Select").

Can someone embed it into the game image, that would not use a cracker codes?

Are there other codes for the Japanese version that happen to be near the address of the difficulty code, that are also common among the NTSC version? It would be a lazy attempt but if there's other nearby codes that happen to also be already found for the NTSC version, it could be simple to guess. I'm too lazy to check, I'm leaving that up to you.

I already checked it. Nearby addresses in the US version contain the same values as in JAP, their replacement does not lead to anything...
