PSX Trainers ( Patching .ISO , .BIN Files) NEED HELP PLEASE

I am having an issue with patching PSX roms

if you could help me , please download the following links below

i have tried 2 games already ( die hard trilogy 2 & world scariest police chases both for (U) region

i downloaded the patching tool "ppf o matic "

i opened it

i placed the ( die hard .bin ) in games

and i also placed the patch file

successfully patched

then i ran it in the emulator ... it appeared on the PlayStation logo then asked me weather it was pal or NTS i typed in o for NTS and it Froze .... i even tried the other option and the same results

i also did the same steps for the worlds scariest police chases game .. and it started up with the trainer and i pressed start and it froze again like the other game

please can someone asst me on how to fix this problem

The only way to fix the problems you are having is to download proper dumps and convert them to bin/cue format before you patch them. Try to find verified dumps from redump.org:

http://redump.org/

I can't tell you where to find them, but they aren't hard to find.
