You never actually get on the moon, just inside it. You have to wait until Midnight of the third day and go to the top of the clock tower where Skull Kid is and play the correct song the Oath to Order. You get it after clearing the first temple, and from there, you will be inside the moon (doesn't look like your in the moon though, its more like a meadow). You have to beat all four temples before any of that happens.

Not sure if you're joking, but a "moon jump" code is basically a "super jump" code.
