Is it possible to convert (Sega Dreamcast)'s Action Replay codes to Gameshark (PSX), if the region & title of the game is same?
These are 2 seperate codes of 2 cheats of Dreamcast:

1E4C1CD8 000000??

01311AB2 000000??

How to convert them to Gameshark (PSX)
