SMW1 Timer Lock (allows you to lock the timer to any value you want)

Locks timer to xyz ticks.

For example:
7E0F3102 7E0F3207 7E0F3305 - locks timer at 275

Notes:
- Timer still ticks, but is reset an instant later.
- If you set only the hundreds digit, the timer runs but never rolls over (...202, 201, 200, 299, 298...)
- Same with the tens digit (...232, 231, 230, 239, 238...)
- Ones digit "freezes" the timer.
- I haven't tested this with vaules above 9, and zeros don't work so well (don't believe me? try it.)
