  • SD Great Battle IV (Super Famicom)

    Hey everyone!
Oh yeah, today is another awesome day. I received a new super famicom game from the mail, it's called SD Great Battle IV, and it's a run and gun game (like Megaman) featuring Kamen Rider Zo, Gundam, Ultraman and Fighter Roar. Prior to ordering this game on eBay 2 weeks ago, I wrote down the game genie codes for this game that I got from this site but unfortunately, the game genie code for infinite health don't work... And it's the same issue from my previous post regarding the Great Battle Gaiden II game that the game genie codes that I input don't work and it changes when I start the game. (Special Thanks to Nolberto for giving me another code variation for invincibility).

Anyway, so the game genie infinite health code 8940-87DD don't work on the Super Nintendo/Super Famicom console... Maybe it does on the emulator (not sure) and every time when I hit the reset button to check/edit the code, it always changes automatically to 89C0-87DD.

I would like to request the following game genie codes:
    Invincibility
Invincibility for the Big Robot Battles

This one is not necessary but it will make the game a lot more enjoyable to play:
Infinite Bombs (or is it a super move? It can be done by pressing the select button)

Thanks for reading this post and I hope you guys can help me out.
Take care and have a great one.

Hi Nolberto! Thanks! I'm going to test the codes soon. By the way I found this website earlier today and they have a lot of codes for these game but they're in raw files (if I'm not mistaken).
      http://tyakata.com/the_great_battle4.html
I used google translator to translate the Japanese text to English.
They have the infinite health code for the Kaiser Battles (the big robot battles),
and that is 7E046C20 and infinite energy which is 7E1BB163.
I copied the codes and tried to convert it to game genie and the results are 4DD1-FE7B (for health) and 17F8-2A5C.... But they didn't work or maybe I'm using the wrong converter...
Do you know how to convert these codes to game genie format the right way? I'm sorry I'm a noob XD

Anyhoo, I'll give these codes that you found a test drive. Will post a response as soon as after I tested them out

You need a debugger to get game genie codes they can't be converted directly.

Hey there again bro, thanks for the codes, they worked! I very much appreciate your time finding these codes. Thanks also for the info regarding the debugger. I actually tried to convert the codes using this converter http://www.d.umn.edu/~bold0070/proje...ders.html#snes
I was excited when I saw that online converter site but argh, i guess it's no good.
Anyway bro, thanks again. Is it possible for you to debug or find the infinite health for the Kaiser (Big Robot) Battles? I am not sure how many big robot battles are in this game but they are very tough... The CPU A.I is cheap and merciless XD

No problem bro, I'm glad you liked the game. The SD Great Battle series are fun to play. They're a lot more fun to play when you play with cheat codes.
