Need Help With Code Converting

Hey everyone!

I was hoping someone here could help me. I recently got myself an Action Replay Max to use pretty much solely for Jak II, but sadly it doesn't really have any working codes for it pre-installed. I looked around on the internet and found this website, and it has a bunch of codes for Jak II but they are pretty much all for the NTSC version. After banging my head against a wall for a few hours, until the wall broke, I realised I don't know what I'm doing.

So I come to you for help, I need some codes from here converting to PAL Action Replay Max, if it's possible. If anyone can help I will be eternally grateful!

Also; if anyone has ANY codes for Metal Arms on the PS2 such as infinite time or level select I would also be really grateful <3
