PSX Simpsons Wrestling Code Request ! (USA)

Hi i need the code to play as Smithers in Circuit mode, he is able to play in Bonus match Up for player 2 only, when i force the game to play as him in bonus match up with player 1 it CRASH,
and in circuit thesse are the values ( in database ) :
00 - Barney
01 - Krusty
02 - Apu
03 - Willie
04 - Homer
05 - Lisa
06 - Marge
07 - Bart
08 - Bumblebee Man
09 - Moe
0A - Frink
0B - Flanders
0C - Itchy
0D - Scratchy

Btw with ce and no HEX the value in circuit mode

12 = Itchy(againts Scratchy Only)



13 = KANG ( final boss)



14 = Sratchy ( againts itchy only <Bug>)



15 = Scratchy ( againts normal Circuit enemies <Not bug>)



Where is smithers??? also u can find n youtube 2 videos playing WITH HIM in circuit mode !
