    That's pretty neat. I remember hacking with a old school GS Pro. Those things were pretty powerful. It was annoying pressing the GS button tho. Wish they invented a button code to access it.

      I would think that they could, after all they came up with a patch to play backups

        In my view, that was a revolutionary device. Its too bad that some of the games couldn't be hacked by using it such as NHL '98 or Looney Tunes Racing. Back in the day, it was no problem for me to sit or lay on the floor to use the GS Pro to hack. Now, I have to make sure that my chair or bed is positioned close to my PS1.

        I wish that they came out with a similar device that you could hook up to the PS2. That would have been awesome.
        Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.

          PCSX2 1.2.1 emulator with PCSX2dis mod. It is way more powerful than the gspro described in this thread.

            I know it is. I'm simply saying that it's too bad they didn't make one like it for the PS2 at the time, instead of just the disc based hacking devices.
            Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.
