Mortal Kombat:D Codebreaker Help

I've recently started playing my old PS2 and I have Mortal Kombat Deception with some cheats, and I was looking for MKDA character modifier cheats but couldn't find any. I really wanna play as Jax or Quan Chi in MK. Please help!

Are those characters normally in the game? If not then cheat codes will not insert new characters in there unless to hack the game to have those characters which is not what we do here.
