Convert PSX GameShark cheat code to RAW/Codebreaker

I tried to convert gameshark code to raw/codebreaker code use Omniconvert. but the code has not changed at all.
This cheat code for PSX game :

8001040C 03E7
help how to use this tool / or is there another tool suite / there are other ways
(the code for game Saga Frontier2, i convert this code because i will use on codebreaker)

you can not use codebreaker for ps2 on ps1 games.

you will need gameshark, action replay or codebreaker for ps1 for ps1 games.

But. ¿Your are using a PSX emulator? Or you're playing a disc with original ps1? If you are using a PSX emulator I can help, if you're playing on your PS2 with an original disk PS1 there I can not help you...

if i don't wrong. this code for game saga frontier 2 (psx) the effect code for max infinite hp all character (you must use emulator popstarter. cheat not working on another emulator)
