how do i hack sega cd games

as far as i can tell from my research it looks like i might have to use a hex editor for sega cd games for example heres a link to a game im trying ot hack cheats for can some one tell me how ot hack these codes into my iso heres the link to said codes

Alot of sega cd games are so large that addresses that alter what you want in the game are out of reach of game genie and action replay. So yeah, you have to hex edit with some games. I tried making codes for Lunar 2 but the codes are outta range of the cheat searcher I used.

The cheat searcher I used is gens hacking version, and Gens/GS lets you use GG/PAR codes on Sega CD games. But only some games can actually have codes made for it.

The emulator Bizhawk, it has a ram search for segacd.

so how do i take the sega cd codes from this site and hack them using a hex editor im kinda new to all this and the cheat pages dont tell me how to hack the codes
