Donkey Kong 64 (EUR) Xplorer64 Cheat Codes

Hi Guys,

I posted this question over at CMP, they advised I come here.

I think your site is great i use it for ps1 codes.

Years ago when I had a N64 I had an Xplorer64 cheat cartridge that had cheat codes for Donkey Kong 64, but as stupid kids do they trade it in for the new consoles.

Ive recently got my hands on an N64 again and started collecting the good old games and ive also got an xplorer64 cheat cartridge but it has no codes for Donkey Kong 64.

Ive searched high and low for codes but no matter what i try they dont seem to work.

I have even tried the ones off this site and i cant seem to get them to work.

Im wondering if its the M code, i see multiple versions that are slightly different, but again sat and typed the massive code in and try using Infinite Health as a test and they dont work.

Has anyone got an Xplorer64 cheat cartridge with codes that work for them?

check your Xplorer64 if have Boot Mode for Zelda 64.

The way Xplorer works is you have to press the button on the cart, turn off, turn on to cycle through the boot modes which is a pain because you can be sat forever turning on/off until it boots.

Which this site has codes for, but some reason they dont work.

Gameshark use F1 codetype for master code

Xplorer 64 use 2A codetype for master code

This info should be added to the wiki. I wish rimsky would fix the wiki so more people could edit it. You guys seem to know alot of info that I didn't when I made all those wiki pages.

heres me thinking xp64's were best to choose because it supported all cheat carts codes.

gameshark pro is popular and easier to use
plus all codes on internet for gameshark
but gameshark pro easy to corruption

ahh and here was me with both xp64 and a gameshark but never used it because i always thought xp64 was the best one to have.

Not sure if you can help, but the infinita ammo all kongs doesnt seem to work, im wondering if its the D part of the code, or the code itself, ive tried both ar and xp encrypted off this site.

didnt xp64 codes if you combined multiple addresses start with a 5, im sure i did a code years ago that i had to start it with a 5 but that was years ago and on a different cart.
