Request : can someone remake a Super Mario Bros 3 game genie code for the SNES?

There's a old Super Mario Bros 3 code for the NES version of the game wherever you could spawn ice blocks anywhere and sometimes mess with the environment. I believe it was AOSUZI. Is there anyway to remake this code for the SNES remake of Super Mario Bros 3 in Super Mario all stars?
