[Request] MKI genesis play as reptile

i know there is a code to almost play as reptile but it's not complete is there a way to get the moves to change when he is not computer controlled
so there can be a perfect reptile code? i've tried several times but with no luck .

i have a code for real reptile for sega genesis rom
but not perfect since this code making the "flashing" between scorpion and sub zero moves like chameleon does .... sometimes the special moves are hard to do

questions:
can you or someone help me on put the hex code permanently in the rom ?
and find the way to the green repltile colors , the two,special moves sets affect only scorpion or only subzero and not all caracters on player 1 ?
as well the correct code to "reptile wins !!!" message affect only the one caracter like sub zero or scorpion and not all caracters on player 1 ?
