PSX gameshark code converter request

I am trying to convert this gameshark code for the PSX Resident Evil 2

Handgun fires Rockets
D00C7E32 0002
300C7E32 0011

To the action replay cheat device on gamecube. Is anyone able to help me out? Now mind you that my psx version is not the dual shock version however the gamecube version is so I don't know if that will be a problem or not.

Same username but it was to request for a code so I had to get it on my own. Now I'm just trying to get a converter code.
