Request codes for Megaman VII SNES

I looked at the codes you posted and there are a few more addresses that can make it a little more stable but while in the Normal game one of the things that makes Bass stable is the code to have Megaman equipped with the Rush Armor. The problem here is that the game still thinks it's Megaman so the sprite mod seems to be the best bet, but I did find the jump code so he has Bass' height and possibly double jump.
Bass Jump Height
7E0C3C:07
If you play the VS mode which what these codes were made from and input these codes below (includes this jump code and the ones you posted) you will play as Bass with no problem but this isn't the case in the Normal game.

I tested the codes you uploaded and it looks like you ran into the same problems I had too. Hi and sorry for bad news...I was searched full ROM file for Mega Man 7 but nothing... I know its been a long time, but I am about 70% done with this project and I need some help.
I need a game genie code to disable the rush coil and rush search.
I have found par codes but they are written to ram. I want to permantly disable those abilities within the rom itself.
I have already checked this webpage as well as the internet to no luck.
