Code to play mini game in Guevara (J)

I cannot get the code to work since I think my old Microsoft SideWinder is finally shitting the bed but one of you code marvels can probably figure out not only how to get the code to work but come up with a Game Genie code to play it

Just in case, that mini game has no ending. Also, you can bind all the buttons you need to one button on the controller or one keyboard key, that way you can make the cheat work.
