[MD] Streets of Rage II / Bare Knuckle II Title colours & Text Language

Hello all

Please can anyone help find codes to make the US game Streets of Rage 2 display the title screen in it's correct blue and red colours on a Japanese region Mega Drive - and also force the text into english because it automatically forces to Japanese... , I tried using the code in the database 005C0 - changing the Value to :0002 i got it to change to say 'Streets of Rage 2' but with brown colours like the Japanese Bare Knuckle II....


This is the US Game - if you run it on Japanese hardware it automatically changes title to 'Bare Knuckle II' (same happens if you run euro/jap Streets of Rage II on a Japanese region hardware)

but the colours stay brown like Bare Knuckle II

This is the Jap/Euro game if you run it on European region hardware - the 2 is displayed like a 'II' different to the US game title screen
