(REQUEST) Alien 3 freeze enemy/AI

Another challenging game i like....
I still play this too.
And i lose greatly to this game's enemies.
Infinite HP seems kind of pointless if u cant hit your targets....
By the way, this is the Genesis version.....

Aliens move slower. May not work in some areas (ladders, etc). Also causes your ammo to move slower.

Aliens don't move. Important: This code also causes your weapon ammo to work incorrectly (rockets, flame thrower, etc won't move). You can easily kill aliens by walking up to them as close as possible and firing a rocket or grenade.
