Resident Evil 4 [PS2-NTSC-U] codes request

There are two codes which I would like to request for the PS2 version.

I have tried countless methods to try and make these codes but nothing works which is why I'm requesting them. These two codes were made for both GameCube & Wii but not PS2.

So what I would like to request is:

1. Save anywhere
2. Have Luis Sera as partner

Didn't at some point post the stuff here to replace enemies with other things of your choice like being able to make Luis spawn multiple times in Mercenaries? It was here or Codemasters or both, but I don't remember if I had the enemy list written, but the files were easy to get off of the PS2 disk. Luis is just another enemy in the game files, not an actual character like Leon/Ashley/Ada/Wesker/Whatever mercenaries choices.

I've never seen those codes at cmp. We're they for PAL?
