Where are you getting these addresses from? You're way off on the dump code for addresses! i told you about how to hack these in other threads with pcsx2 1.4 or pcsx2dis w/cheat engine.

Those addresses you got are wrong. so i don't if its program error or what? best bet is search the elf for string

Been trying to hack these for months. whomever the code hacker is that hacked madden nfl 2007 on codetwink is BRILLIANT, his codes freeze the salary cap in franchise mode.

I already hacked those you can have anything for values and it will freeze the salary for increasing and decreasing
