    I mean I just tried it after the first mission only, didn't try playing second mission yet. Is the code only supposed to give max mission rating After the mission? Or during?

    EDIT: just replayed the first mission and I do have penalties now and it still didn't make my positive ratings go to the target percentage so I guess the code doesn't work. Btw for the second mission, I just used the official CB code for zero time which is what worked to diffuse the bomb and complete that mission.

      i had no codes on outside of the one i just made ..
      also this is to be used During the mission View Mission Rankings.. note you can still gain penalties after looking at the screen you have to Go back to the screen to reset the stats when ever you want .. so example if you set your stats to max and reset your Penalties then you go kill a hostage or something. u will gain a penalties.. unless you look at the Stats again

      i will run mission 2 and see if the code works for me on there. the ASM does not move for the Mission Rankings so i cant see this being an issue

        ok, i figured out my problem. When i had entered the code into CB 9.3 it wasn't in CB7+ encrypted format, it was unencrypted standard. Just fixed that and the code works PERFECTLY man! Thank you SO much Skiller You are AWESOME!!

        EDIT: Ok everything seemed to work perfectly on the first mission, except that my accuracy did start to go down after several viewings of the mission rankings screen. It started at 100% then I shot and checked it again and it was like 833% then again after i shot it was like 625% and so forth and it keep going down all the way to like 27% by the end of the mission by shooting and then checking my mission ranking screen, But everything else stayed at the max. The code might need to be tweaked a little bit. Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

          i noticed this as well but never seen it go under 100% i think i can fix that simple i will see if i have some time today to fix it .. Its probably using same Offset as the Penalties and i have it skipping if its not a Penaltie
