[PS2 Code Request] Black PAL SLES-54030

Hey guys i'm new to the website so i dont know if i'm doing this right. But i was wondering if anyone can could convert the Codebreaker codes for Black to PAL? i have a PAL system and a pal retail BLACK but the CB file i have is NTSC.
i'd greatly appreciate the help.
