  • Codes you made and forgot

Ever hack a code and forget to write it down. Maybe your Gameshark got fried or you flashed it? Whatever reason you had a code and don't have it now.

Tomb raider 3 v1.0 press buttons to delete all enemies (and objects)
    Tomb raider 3 v1.1 (same)

Tomb raider 3 v1.? nude Laura (I know I will get flamed for this as it was an April fools joke originally but yes it can be done. Remember just because everyone says the world is flat doesn't make it so.)

    Mortal Kombat 4 invisible fighters

Mortal Kombat 3 always play Galaga game

Man, I have hacked quite a few codes then either lost them due to glitch, or wrote them down in a notebook I eventually had taken by my ex (she wanted the poetry in it, apparently)...however, I can't really think of anything specific. I know if it was something really impressive, I'd probably have put in whatever time required to find it again.

Basically, I'm sure I've lost many mediocre codes, probably mostly affecting graphics, heh.

Well, I remember I accidently made a cool GG code on Super Mario Bros that would cause any enemy to turn into a turtle. And you could stomp on it infinite times cause it never got kicked away. I think someone has since made the code also, but I wish I had written it down.

I've had a number of codes go missing for one reason or another. I'm sure in a few cases I wrote down the code but didn't even note what game it was for, and managed to lose it that way.

Heh, I do know it's possible to do a "nude" code for Tomb Raider 3. There was actually one for xploder published in an issue of some gaming magazine long long ago. Unfortunately it was for 1.0, and I've got a 1.1 version. Then I lost the mag at some point...

Yeah, I've made quite a few that I lost due to selling my GS, and losing the note book I had stuff written in.

          I lost:
Final Fantasy IX: Partially working music modifier. (it only worked on the world map)

Castlevania SotN: monster data codes, an action modifier for Alucard only.

Legend of Dragoon: monster data codes.

Saga Frontier II: My leet grass speed modifier for the intro. I had NYPD bested with this sucker before I lost it. ;(

LMZ: I forgot about that method of code loss. I've looked back at notebooks that had lines and lines of addresses, with little sidenotes of values and scribbles...that just made no sense, and had no game title anywhere near them. Heh.

Think that's bad, try naming a game BA and a code named GOL, now try figure that one out.

everyone claim to make the codes but the truth we just come across the codes in the game already lol. either by intentionally seeking for that address or accidenly stump on it.

Heh, well...yes. We might compose several addressed with certain values together for a desired effect, however. That, I think, qualifies as making a code.

Liquid, I have that magazine that brought the code to have Lara Croft “undresses”. I will try to put it more soon possible.
