What system and original region? Is some translation patch applied to the rom? If so what's the link to the patch? Not the Rom links as that's against the rules.

The rom was non-localized and pre-patched rom.

This is actually an English Version, so Japanese Version Codes are workable? I never tried but if there are codes with max HP/inf HP all characters?
