thats from a screenshot from ePSXe from ff9...thats what I believe might be some of the left over stuff of the debug menu of the game...I found it with my event flag code which is located on the site...setting a value of FFFF to it and starting a new game will bring it up..you can't do much with it, only select and start buttons work, and they exit it...maybe somone might have better luck then I have and find more left over stuff from finding a way to access it without the event flag code...and maybe find other stuff as well...
