Emulator? Or real hardware? Emulators for psx kind of suck for cheat support and that code uses conditionals most likely the pad direction. I think no$psx has correct cheat support, try that emulator.

i figured out the problem with the joker lunar 2 walkthrough wall code

the joker codes are glitched somehow

so i think someone needs to rehack the ps1 joker codes again
