Problems with three megaman X3 codes

Good day I'd like to report a bug with these codes (they are for the american version):

Get All Equipment when you Enter the Start Menu

Get All Robot Rider Parts/Gold Megaman When You Enter The Start Menu

Get Zero Sword When You Enter The Start Menu

62A6-0D67
84A6-0DA7

When used the codes make all sub tanks vanish. I haven't collected any sub tanks so far, and the blizzard buffalo one is missing.

Could please anyone make a cheat that gives me all sub tanks?

Posting again to add some more info, the Lobster stage of this game also has its missing sub tank missing.

Thats two out of four tanks. Any ideas why this happened?

The code likely altered the flag of the items either being collected or not. I can look into this but not right away though as I lack time.

Do it whenever you can, I beat the game already so I am not in a rush.
