I found this japanese website with a bunch of interesting decrypted game genie codes for some japanese version of SNES games: http://karen.saiin.net/~g-kaizou/c_seiken3.php
According to the hacker's Twitter, his name is g_kaizou.

I'm only gonna post this code for SD3 because it's the only one I've tested, but I imagine the other ones work as well. Again, these are decrypted game genie codes.
