Cheat files for Regen (MD)?

Maybe this is the wrong place to ask, but how do you create these?

I'd like to make one for Mega Man: The Wily Wars so that I can both remove the slowdown via overclocking and use the codes on this site.

Speaking of Wily Wars, I made a few code requests via the request function on the game's codes page, but they haven't showed up. Is it just taking time or should I make the requests here instead?

Always best to ask here in the forums. As for cheat files for regen I've never gotten them figured out and little to no info on how to do it. I just manually changed the ASM from the Game Genie codes.

The site will make you a file for regen, that's what the "download codes" link is for.
