Searchinf for two SNES related things

Good day, I have been hunting for some time two SNES things, one is a program, or an utility that allows me to build a manual .cht file and allows me to edit it outside SNES9x I am also seeking the snes9x modification that can hold up to 2500 codes, I know it exists as it was written about here but the links is dead, so any pointers?

Unfortunately, there is no such program to edit .cht files from ZSNES and SNES9SX.

That txt2cht link works and the program works too, I included it in this post. (Drag and Drop is how it works)

@Helder thanks for the tip, I had figured the program was command line exclusive.

@ReyVGM what version of Snes rr9x? I tested it with 1.51 and it crashes and so does 1.52. I have 250 codes in the cheat files far far more than what all the versions of snes9x that I have found accept.

Anyone could aks the user OV2 on the snes9x forums? I attempted to make a thread there and well it has been a few days since I did and the moderator apparently did not like it because it hasn't been approved for public view.
