Request: Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO (Gamecube) Inf Specials

Hey guys.

Could someone make an Infinite Specials Bar cheat for Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO (Gamecube)?

This game has crazy conditions to fight the true last boss and get the ending, and since I suck at doing special moves with a keyboard, then an Infinite Specials cheat would come in handy.
