Hey, Cosmo? About your Music Modifier code... I think the track can also start stuttering in stages. For example, I used Sonic's Theme with the Final Rush and it stuttered like a broken record at the end of the song.
I'm going on pure theory here, but I think the track stuttering might have to do with the length of that level's song. For example, Green Hill stops at "...My own way" and then it goes "ay-ay-ay-ay-ay..." because Sonic's theme reached the length of the Green Hill Theme.
