AR Max for PS2 question

sorry if i posted this in the wrong sextion

but how do i add new cheats or saces to AR Max? when i watch a video about that yesterday and i saw a word said Uncrush. so what it does?

the Uncrush/crush options are for backing up/restoring save files to and from your memory card
