Pokemon Gold/Silver Requests

I found a code a long time ago that makes Pokemon in-battle use trainer sprites in Gold and Silver, which I personally was never able to get to work. So I thought I'd go ahead and post a request for both a working code that does the same thing (makes pokemon use trainer sprites instead) and a code that does the opposite (Trainers in battle use pokemon sprites). I saw the original code on the jdonald ocf.berkeley.edu site before it moved.

The previous request I've just learned would be technically impossible because of the amount of trainer sprites actually in the game as opposed to Pokemon ones. So I'm going to modify this and instead request a code that switches types between pokemon and moves, like fire is instead water, and so forth.
