Since I consider myself A MK Hacker for Genesis, I will put my finding here:

FFF502:0032 - Characters Walk/Run Through Eachother
FFF517:63: - No Time For Finishing Moves
FF020E:0000 - Cuts Out Fade Outs
FF02F6:0000 - Missing Sindel Win Pose Animation, Note: The Code Can Only Be Used In One Player Mode, and also to use this code you must be Sindel and you must turn on the code AFTER you Chose Your Destiny.
FFA10C:000? - Control In-Game Speed
FFA142:000? - Controls Player 1's Sprite Speed

Sounds like some fun codes. I see alot of them are in 16 bit format. It seems that the gens that works with UMK3Trilogy only excepts them that way. I have changed a few codes that were in 8 bit format so they would work on that gens. The changed ones are on the site. Anyway, I have put these codes on the site.
