[Request] Walk-through-Walls-Code for Eternal Filena / Eien no Filena (SNES)

I'm currently playing it with an English patch and want to go outside the worldmap boundaries. I'm also ripping the maps for a gallery on spriters-resource.

I just used the code and can walk over everything perfectly fine, but even on the ocean are (too many) monsters.

If it's not too much, could you also please figure out which code deactivates the random encounters? I hope I'm not too demanding.
