I was tinkering with ps2dis loading saved ps1 searches that I did on Gscc2002 and I noticed that all Ram values had an offset of something like FF00 or 1000 or something. This made me think about how I've noticed that many codes (esp. snes codes) have different adresses when they run on emulators instead of actual hardware. I wonder if this is just an offset difference which could be changed easily with a calculator or if the addresses are just jumbled (i.e.)? The original codes were posted for the hardware of course but new ones mostly for emulators.
My idea would be (if it is a simple offset)to continue posting for the emulators but providing a code in/code out converter for those useing an actual console (of course a disclaimer about codes that are TOO long to be used on actual gamegenie/pro-action replay). This would be an easy way for everyone to use new codes.
