Jeff, I may add top speed later. Works for both S&K and S&K w/Sonic 3.

Pause the game and press B or C to give Sonic or Knuckles much faster
acceleration. Adding this code GTLA-AACL makes it so you can also press A to
play Special Stages. Or, adding this code FALA-AACL makes it so you can also
press A for the Level Select menu.

Alright. I'm guessing that Tails' equivalent would take a little more time? Or would it only work for sonic and knuckles?

I believe Tails would require a different code, although I haven't tested it to make sure.

Alright. Also, I'm going to just make this a request thread in itself since I've moved on from the tails requests from before. In addition to that, I wonder if this would be able to be done: Press A for Level Select, B for Fireball Dash, C for Double Jump. Or something like that. Maybe even a jump action modifier?

Edit: Yes, the press b or c for acceleration codes do not affect Tails.

I'm not sure that I can do your "Pause and press A, B, C" request. Will look into it, but may take too many codes.

BTW, what is a Fireball dash?

I'm sorry, I meant the thing that happens when you have the fireball shield and dash forward or whatever. :P As for jump action modifier, it's basically like your Can Always Double Jump code for Sonic 3, only ported to S3K and with other variations for other shield powers. :P

The Sonic Can Double Jump code was already done by Galoob, but the Can Always Double Jump one is not. Here's some data for you that might help you with the fireball thing if/when you decide to do that.

RENT-C6V6 is the Sonic can fireball thing code. 01193C:4E71 is the decrypted code. There is no code for a bubble bounce yet, but you can probably come up with that over time.

Jeff, can you clarify which code you wanted? Is it a Fireball code, or a Bubble Bounce code?

Oh whoops, I'm bad at explaining things. lD The Fireball Dash is the ability received from the Fire Shield. The Double Jump is the ability from the Lightning Shield (you probably already knew that one though), and the Bubble Bounce is the ability received from the Water Shield. I guess I should have said that the first time. ^^'
